According to Wikipedia and the TCRF, this PAL version of the game "Gimmick" was apparently only released in Scandinavia, so the filename should be: Mr Gimmick (Scandinavia) (En) as per the Soul Blazer precedent.

There is no such global rule in No-Intro (for other dats too), so there is no need to make this change. Scandinavia is a part of Europe anyway.
