You're correct, coccola. I figured out what was wrong with each file entry and I fixed them using the "Item" field. But I used numbers as a temporary measure until better naming can be worked out for the files.
Alternatively, there's also the possibility that the extra files aren't meant to be there. That they were only submitted to the wrong place. If that's the case, that's also a problem that will need fixing. Until then, my solution makes things work again.
