Sega Mega Drive version has recently been renamed, removing the character names, suggest to rename this SNES version (and clones) to match.

Two things.

1: Is there evidence that shows the characters names aren't supposed to be part of the titles? They're placed right above the "Maximum Carnage" and "Separation Anxiety" parts, after all. And it's similar to the numerous "Character-Name in" titles on other games. Such as "Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow".

2: Are there other examples that resemble this one we can cite as precedent at No-Intro?

I don't object to the change if it's the correct choice, of course, but I want to be sure we get it right.

I'd be curious as to how it is listed in any official documents from Nintendo/Sega of the time, but not sure where to look myself. I definitely always thought of it like names at the top of a movie poster rather than part of the title, but it seems many do consider it part of the title. The title screen itself shows each of their names before showing "Maximum Carnage" as well, making it kinda unclear.
My friends and I definitely never said "Hey let's play some Spider-Man/Venom Maximum Carnage!" haha, but it could well be the case. I think official docs are gonna be what to find and go by though.
