I'm seeing issues with ClrMamePro when using the dat: Sega - Master System - Mark III Parent-Clone (20141028-150443).dat

The ROMs for...
Great Golf (Japan)
Great Golf (Korea)
...are in a wierd state where they are both needed/unneeded. If they are removed from the set they will be re-added, only to be removed again in the same run.
