which one is this suppused to be and why the (Rev 0A) if already correct?

(Rev 0A) is correct. Initial release revision was "A", there is no revision "0". We use "0A" to account for this fact.

Revision naming/scheme is going to be changed. This case will simply become (Rev 1).

all county received an update because of the "berry bug". There is a japanese carts as well with a stamped A indicating an update but for our surprise it was still v1.0. This is how this one got 0A. I think it is better to make a note other than using such a filename indeed.
