Hi all.
I'm not sure if this has been discussed before (I'm sure you haven't missed this one), but can you look at the internal ROM info of "King of Fighters EX2, The - Howling Blood" games.
I noticed this while looking up some game release dates: they both have different internal names but share the same serial. Surely a Euro release would have EUR at the end of the serial??
I thought that maybe these ROMs are both UE releases with one being a revision 1.1 ??

It has been discussed a couple of times, the game was released later in USA by a different publisher (you will see that the maker code is different).

The_King_Of_Fighters_EX2_USA_GBA-RS is from an euro cart
King_of_Fighters_EX2_Howling_Blood_USA_GBA-MODE7 is from an USA cart
