Released onto the "The Cutting Room Floor" Discord channel on 2019-06-17 by Ganix.
In a private message with the datter, he claimed it was from a dev cart, dumped with a GodMode9 pre-v1.8.0 version, the Cart ID was 0007FC2 (retrieved with GodMode9 1.8.0) and that they changed the name starting at 0xDE7828 to what it is in the final game - "マサオ", as they believed the original name could be sensitive information. But later on, internal Nintendo data was leaked on 4chan, and a ROM that matches this apart from the name was included in said leaks (or can be compiled from source code in said leaks, not sure), so it seems like Ganix was lying about it being dumped from a cart.
