This does not appear to be a game, and has no relation to the game Duck Tails.

It it already in the "Audio" category and not in "Games", and it is a Parent ROM that has no relation to the Duck TALES series.
I can't see a specific tag in the wiki for music album, maybe no-intro needs a new tag for those.
