Hello, I made a Pocket Pikachu ROM dump and wanted to share the information, in hopes that it might be added to NO-INTRO.

Dump Method:
Optical mask ROM extraction from a decapped and chemically etched Mitsubishi M37520M5 die. The photographed mask ROM was reconstructed into a 20,480-byte ROM image.

Verification:
The reconstructed ROM image was successfully verified through emulation on an independently developed emulator.

dumps should be normally submitted in the forum.

in this case it is not a cartridge from what i understand. i think no-intro does not list this type of roms, but i can be wrong. what i understand: this is an image from a standalone console with a build in game rom. for me it looks like there is no section for this at no-intro yet.

Correct, it is not insertable media, the ROM data is on the chip.
The hardware however has shipped with multiple different ROM's. At the moment i have the ENG en JPN version dumped. It is maybe more niche, and maybe not fully fitting with no-intro, but on the other hand i think it deserves some love, and where else to go.

when there are different game roms for the same hardware, then i think there is a chance that it will be added. adding an extra section for multiple games has a higher chance than if there are only one or two.
