The game:

game name="Cat in the Hat, The (USA)" id="1879"

its title should be:

The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss
(Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss, The)

The "by Dr. Seuss" content is on the title screen obviously.

No-Intro doesn't use title screen names. We use the box or cartridge titles instead. I think it would be nice to have an option for title screen names in the future, but that is not now.

Also, I think you might be mixing up The Cat in the Hat games. There are two on GBA. See here:

https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/gba/919412-dr-seuss-the-cat-in-the-hat-2005/boxes/49253

The only real question is whether we should add the "Dr. Seuss" (no apostrophe) to the title of the entry without the author's name. The lack of apostrophe is the only reason I'm ambivalent.

According to the leaked Nintendo lot check spreadsheet for GBA, Nintendo's internal name for AQTE/AQTP is "THE CAT IN THE HAT" to match the movie tie-in name, whereas BCTE is "DR. SEUSS CAT IN THE HAT."

That would be a clearer way to differentiate between the games...

No-Intro's naming rules still specify that the movie tie-in game needs to include the Dr. Seuss' part of the title, so I'm not sure about how much easier it would be either way. If confusion will be a concern, the developer or publisher names could be added in additional details.
