Why is the decrypted .dat no longer updated? But the encrypted dat keeps being updated all the time?

I prefer storing decrypted games as they take almost 50% less space. Can someone please update the decrypted .dat?

This set previously datted scene releases exclusively. They died out over time and therefore the DAT stopped being updated. I'm now adding in my own dumps so that this set has parity with the CDN set.
