(Missing) Cyber Troopers Virtual On (PSN)

A port of Cyber Troopers Virtual On (the original Model 2 arcade version) was released sometime in 2012 on PSN/360 as part of a bundle of four 'Model 2" games. This was never released outside Japan, but it does (or did) exist:
