Scene release is actually Asia version and not USA as the
scene has labeled it. The Redump is real USA version.
Scene release has 3.93 updater and the re-dump has 3.71 updater,
the eboot.bin is different between the two games as well.
Its a bit like 'Monster Hunter Freedom 2'

Delete the newly added redump (from #1545) then change the region to 'Asia'
then create a new game as USA region and add the redump to that instead.
