There are a couple of cases where I think a comma is grammatically inferred, similar to a dash/colon being inferred for subtitles despite not actually being present in the art. Thus: "Chester Cheetah - Wild Wild Quest" should be "Chester Cheetah - Wild, Wild Quest" and "Choplifter III - Rescue Survive" should be "Choplifter III - Rescue, Survive"
Further evidence of this, you can actually see the comma appear in the internal name, just as colons usually appear in the internal name for games with subtitles, like "Super Off-Road - The Baja" and "Star Trek - Starfleet Academy."
