The ROM with CRC32: 6865f663 consistently crashes shortly after cards are dealt. The ROM with CRC32: f33c710d does not have this issue. Tested in Mesen2 and bsnes.

I don't see that CRC32 under a hash search for NES, or any results searching for 'Super Big'.
Also we ultimately look for proof the dump is wrong to change it, and failure to work in an emulator doesn't cover that typically. There are plenty of good dumps not supported by emulators correctly or at all.

Oh, you're talking about SNES games. This ticket was placed on NES game:

I can confirm what you say though. Odd cause it just removes a bunch of garbage that would make it too big for a 2MB chip, a repeated pattern.
My best guess is that both are bad, and the original likely changed more than just the ending, causing it to break without it.. This applies to Super Big 2 (China) (Unl) - a SNES game, and not the game or console this ticket is on though.

Sorry. I accidentally made a ticket for NES and not SNES. The two games have the same archive number in their respective consoles.
