I apologize for my previous ticket. I think the proof were solid for Sadame but to be absolutely sure I contacted Capcom Japan to have their take on it and they said it's "Shimei no ko". Another user also mentioned in discord that they did the same and got the same answer.
I think it can be changed back officially to "shimei no ko" and a sticky note could be added to say that it's "also known as Sadame no ko"
