SNES games marked as bad because the save ram isn't dumped?

Momotarou Dentetsu Happy (Japan)
Super Power League 4 (Japan)
Tengai Makyou Zero (Japan) (Shounen Jump no Shou)
Tengai Makyou Zero (Japan)

These four SNES titles are marked as bad. Three of them are even verified dumps, but they're marked bad. And it's because the original save ram isn't dumped. But these roms are not bad dumps. There's no reason they should be marked as bad just because something No-Intro doesn't even file anyway hasn't been dumped. I HIGHLY doubt anyone will ever dump the save ram from UNUSED copies of these games, nor be able to purchase sealed copies for how much they'll cost. And even if it did happen, the roms would come out with the same checksums they always have, as they aren't bad dumps. Why label these games bad dumps falsely in the meantime? Because if we're waiting for those save files, it will seriously be a forever branding. I haven't changed it back myself yet only because I'd like to give someone the chance to disprove anything I'm saying here.
