The second T is indeed given some prominence, but nowhere equal to the C and I. It appears to just be some artistic flair. The back of the box prints it as "Cutthroat" in the game summary, and all internet entries for this movie also print it as such. Also worth noting is that cutthroat is an actual compound word, whereas most instances of bicapitalization are the result of forcing two separate words together.

Okay. Thank you.

I honestly don't remember why I or anyone else was particular about the camelcase on the T for this game title...

Actually, now that I look back on it, I see I was the one who before thought it should be "Cutthroat Island" without the capitalized T. I don't know why everyone else wanted it to have the capitalized T. Like you, I've never seen any sources use the capitalized T.

I don't know if I'll get any protests for removing the capitalization on the T. So I've not changed it on any entries except for the SNES ones. And it might not last. I don't know. Whatever will be, will be. But I'd like to see a source sometime that actually has the T capitalized. I've never seen one.
