Star Fox 2 (Japan) (Proto 1) do not work neither with Higan nor with Snes9x. Maybe it's a bad dump?

I've never seen any indication the Proto 1 is a bad dump. It could be that it has an unusual mapping not supported in either emulator, as it's an alpha, technically speaking.
