Star Fox 2 (Japan) (Proto) (Alt 1) is not present in the current snes dat file, why ?

It's there. You have to use the options (click on "standard dat") to add it, as it isn't listed in the DEFAULT dat anymore due to not being from a cartridge. Set the "physical support" option to "all". The P/C dat should have it as well.
