I think that there is a space there, so the title should be Brain Bender. It is extremely hard to see it on the box art, because it is very small. The other letters are extremely close, almost stuck together, and the N and the B are not that close.

Evidence of this is the title screen of the game. It calls the game Brain - Bender, so the two words are separated.

"Brain Bender" is used twice on the boxart back.
