The title of this game should simply be: Spider-Man 3 - Invasion of the Spider-Slayers. "Amazing" doesn't appear on the box art or in the title screen. It is in the copyright screen though.
The second game is simply called Spider-Man 2 on the box, but The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on the in-game title, so I'm not to sure about this one.
By the way, I have found a LOT of cases (more than twenty) where the no intro title is the title screen and not the box title, but I don't know where to post them. I don't want to flood the dat-o-matic with 20+ suggestions about things you might already know, or that could just be convention issues.
