This game was never released in Europe.
I analyzed all the lots on ebay of Europe - we have only DMG-QR-USA releases there (i.e. 100%).
I think we can change (USA, Europe) regional code to (USA) only.

not true, I have a European physical copy Gameboy version of quarth for the Gameboy released by ultra games

Quarth for Game Boy was never released in Europe, and Ultra Games was a subsidiary of Konami in the US. In Europe it was Palcom. So there is no chance that Ultra Games could release a game in Europe. I think you bought an imported game but didn't know it because Game Boy is regionfree. Please check the game code on the left upper side of the card (DMG-QR-USA).

Yes, there is no European shaped cartridge or boxart. But there are versions that include an official German/Spanish etc. manual inside and you could count that as an European release. It's a matter of definition.
