Right now, the Japanese version of Tetris is called

Tetris (Bulletproof) (Japan)

We should leave the Bulletproof part out, because it's not like other versions were released in Japan or anything. For instance, take Airwolf. Acclaim released it in USA and Europe, and Kyugo Boueki released it in Japan. Japan's game is totally different, but we don't put (Kyugo Boueki) before (Japan). Now look at Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Two totally different games were both released in USA under the same name, so we differentiate by putting (Taito) and (UBI Soft) before (USA). That makes sense.

But here, it doesn't make sense to distinguish Bulletproof because like Airwolf it is the only Japanese version of Tetris, so distinguishing with (Japan) is enough. Also, there are two revisions of this game, which should also drop Bulletproof from the title. The ROM numbers for these 3 games are:
2279
2280
2281

"Bulletproof" is there just as a workaroud for filename conflict between western and Japan "Tetris" families when using merging feature of P/C DAT.
