I am unsure about the physical cart ROM data, but the digital download available from https://seconddimensionllc.itch.io/handy-harvy-sega-genesis matches the initial (bad?) dump? The file obtained from the digital download is a zip-file (handyharvydigital.zip) containing two files, "HandyHarvy_Final.bin" and "manual.pdf". Their respective sizes and CRC-32 can be seen here, https://i.imgur.com/EKOGmiE.png.
