This looks to be a clone of Real Stories - Mijn Babycreche, despite the differing serial.

Indeed it's the same game developped by CyberPlanet. The US version was published in 2010 by ZOO, whereas the Euro games was published by Mindscape in 2008. Clone added, thanks!
