It is "キャラなり" one word.
("キャラ"クター に "なり"きる and "なり"たい = キャラなり)
It is a skill that the leading part uses in this title.
The title in Japanese is "キャラなりズム".
(It is "り" (hiragana). Not "リ"(katakana).)
"キャラなり(Chara-Na'ri')" + "リズム('Ri'zumu=Rhythm)" = キャラなりズム
This is a pun that gives these meanings.
"CharanaRhythm" or "CharaNaRhythm" is more appropriate.
