"Kiku Tan" or "KikuTan" is more appropriate.

I have doubts:
1. "Te no Hira" or "Tenohira"? I think it is one word, like "Onnanoko".
2. Isn't "学習" the correct writting for "Gakushuu". I can't find meaning/reading for "楽習".
3. I'm not sure about spacing/capitalizing "キクタン". I think is some kind of "product name"/trademark so keeping "Kikutan" would be correct.
3846 - Mugen Kouro - Infinite Space (Japan)
"Infinite Space" is not a subtitle, but an (unaccurate) English title translation. We use japanese title for japanese games. Adding the english translation would be redundant.

"手のひら(Tenohira)" is one word.
Please change to "Tenohira".
"楽習(Gakushuu)" is coinage.
It was made from the word "学習(Gakushuu)" as a pun.
It is used with the TV program and magazines, etc.
It is use now by "全国一斉!日本人テスト" broadcasting in Fuji Television Network in Japan.

In this case, it is "楽 (raku,gaku)" = interesting, and means easiness.
It means the easy study of the in a word easy learning and happily(or interesting) studying.
I followed and the reason using "Kiku Tan" followed the example "Dora Gana".

"ドラえもん('Dora'emon)" + "ひらがな(Hira'gana')" = "Doragana"
You should change to "Doragana" when giving priority to the product name and trademark.
Mugen Kouro - Infinite Space:
It knows it to be a sale schedule as the title of "Infinite Space" by foreign countries.
However, It is different from an English spelling and conversion like "ファイナルファンタジー"(Final Fantasy) and "ドラゴンクエスト"(Dragon Quest), etc. as it is.
In this case, I think that the same conversion as
"Kage no Densetsu - The Legend of Kage 2"
and
"Oriental Blue - Ao no Tengai"(GBA)
is appropriate.
I think these to be a title applied as not completely the same meaning but a meaning that unlimitedly looks like.
Therefore, I think that it is a subtitle when using it in Japan.

Title arrangement in "Kage" and "Oriental Blue" is completely different to "Mugen Kouro".
- Japanese title in "Kage" lacks a "part 2" reference. It is the english part of title what performs this function, so it is a subtitle indeed. Also:

- English title in "Oriental Blue" is clearly main title, it even has katakana transliteration. Kanji title, while could be considered redundant, "translates" english title to japanese customers and seems to be required:

- Finally, Nintendo doesn't consider "Infinite Space" as part of title:
