This was renamed from Fantasy Zone II - The Tears of Opa-Opa to Fantasy Zone II (USA, Europe, Brazil) on 2018-08-17, and no USA\European artwork nor the games title screen use this title.
Brazil artwork appears to omit the subtitle, not sure about title screen.

Previous naming was the correct name for this game for US+Europe. Brazil needs verified.
