Hi,
i have this rom (FAE4FDEC) that has been released by WRG (01/08/2006) that's not yet included in the current dat (20060811).
Bad dump? Forgotten dump?

It's in the Nintendo Game Boy Advance Betas dat since this is not a commercial game. (Says:Not for Sale.)

Famicom Mini Dai 2 Ji is also not a commercial release as well as the Hot Mario Campaign edition of Mario Bros. I never knew we have any rule not to include non-commercial items. They aren't beta-software or kiosk-demos/promos. All official releases should be included imo.

Why don't you merge the main gba, the beta and the hardware dats in one dat, like the other systems?
I think that the e-cards, cracked and multiboots should still be in a separate dat.
This could avoid the gba dats fragmentation and make things more coerent with the rest of the dats.

In the dat it's listed with this name: Famicom Mini - Kido Senshi ZGundam Hot Scramble (J) (Promo).
Well... what's the definition of Promo?

all gba dats will be merged, when gba will die.
if you check BETA dat, it's FULL of promo stuff (Power Pro Kun Pocket, Morning Adventure, Rockman EXE 3)
in my opinion, main dat has COMMERCIAL (= sold in shops) titles only.
we can:
1) move all files tagged as PROMO in main dat
2) move the couple of "PROMO" from main to BETA
the third is merging BETA dat into MAIN. i'd love this way, but there would be a revolution. better waiting a bit: there is no rush and everyone of you is able to merge two directories...

Is a game that can only be won a giveaway? It is a price and not a gift. Imo this is a huge difference. Not that I really mind.

Hot Mario Campaign doesn't appear in the Beta DAT. I have a release from Trashman with that name which dates 20050113 and CRC32 085b271b, but not sure if this is a fake. The titlescreen appears, and a play demo runs. But the graphics flicker and the game is not responding to any button presses except Start, which resets the play demo.
By the way, there is a game called The Last Seal, as posted on:
http://www.pdroms.de/index.php that maybe should be included in the Beta DAT. Not really sure, it was a planned comercial release but now it is freeware.
