Maybe, pce-20031116.dat of uCON64 is wrong.
I think to forgot the conversion to PCE format from ME format(Header + TG16 format).

This ROM was released in Japan.
This ROM should be PCE format.
Previous hash is PCE format.

PC engine does not work TG16 format.
TurboGrafx-16 only works TG16 format.

Sure, it's their mistake.
I changed ROM data to previous ones (correct ones).
