This rom doesn't work on any emulator, real hardware (sd2snes, copier), and is definitely bad. Please mark it as such?

Our Satellaview expert was able to load this game fine, however, and did not see a reason why it is bad. I thank you for the report and the concern, but we shall keep this dump in the database.
