The original 永遠のフィレーナ is a novel written by 首藤剛志/Takeshi Shudo.
It was also sold as an animation.
Perhaps Filena is a fansub and is not an official notation.
I think wikipedia(en) is also wrong.
I think that "Eternal Filena" is someone's translation and "Filerna, Forever" is the official English title (or translation).
Either way all genuine products should not exist in all 永遠のフィレーナ other than Japan.

SFC 永遠のフィレーナ/Eien no Filerna is not sold outside Japan.
I think these SNES cartridge and boxart is handmade(translation hack patch?) and fanart.

The official notation that I confirmed is Filerna.
I have not confirmed it though there may be anime and novel that licensed it outside of Japan.
At least anime artwork posters and in-game notation are Filerna.

Yeah, this wasn't a typo. No-Intro also typically translates the double e or double a as "er" and "ar".
