Super Donkey Kong 3 - Nazo no Kremis Shima
Super Donkey Kong 3 - Nazo no Kremis-tou
This is Kremis-tou.(クレミス島/くれみすとう)

That is a good pdf file, but may I ask if you have a source that includes the full title? I don't see where it says "Nazo no Kremis-tou" anywhere in that file, though I might have missed it.
I note as well that your pdf also includes the Shima spelling for the Kanji further down, albeit not preceded by Kremis.
I also tried looking up the Japanese television ad, but sadly it wasn't of help.
I'll probably change it to Kremis-tou barring further argument/research/discovery.

(クレミス島/くれみすとう) is a proper noun.
(島/しま/Shima) in this case is a common noun.
How to read if you want to use as a common noun 島 is (しま/Shima).
Sorry in poor English.
