There's an extra apostrophe in there. USA version seems to only have 1, but image is very low res on GameFAQs.

Since the US version is the parent, we follow that, and there's no second apostrophe there.
Otherwise I should revert Skitchin' too. Only one of your advice can be taken ;-)
Use Guardiana for MD covers, I find it better than Gamefaqs.

Hmmm, I must be misunderstanding something in the convention.
Skitchin is one ROM, two regions, so it makes sense that you have to pick from one or the other.
Rock n' Roll racing is two distinct ROMs:
"Rock n' Roll Racing (Europe).md"
"Rock n' Roll Racing (USA).md"
USA would be the parent in the "merged ROM archive" sense, but I don't think that's what you're referring to here. Is it possible that you're moving too quickly through these suggestions, and made a mistake? Or maybe my DAT is wrong...?

I've changed the Euro version.
It's more logical since we have two separate roms as you say.
