Suggestion to capture Rev in the various Sonic versions. Reference: https://info.sonicretro.org/Sonic_the_Hedgehog_(16-bit)#Versions.

Sonic The Hedgehog (USA, Europe) -> no changes

Sonic The Hedgehog (Japan, Europe, Korea) (En) -> add Rev A tag

Sonic The Hedgehog (USA, Europe) (Sonic Classic Collection) -> add Rev A tag (this rom is not playable in emulators, but youtube videos show parallax clouds in first stage, confirming this is Rev A)

Sonic The Hedgehog (World) (Sonic Mega Collection) -> add Rev B tag (this version has revised spike damage behavior)

Also rename this Lock-on rom to match (it's currently missing Europe in region):

Sonic & Knuckles + Sonic The Hedgehog (Japan, Korea) (En) (Lock-on Combination) -> should be (Japan, Europe, Korea) (Rev A)

While the first and last one make sense (but I'd want someone else to research/confirm the change than myself), typically re-releases on other platforms don't get a (Rev) tag, just a tag for the collection or publisher, which is enough to research how it compares to the others. I wouldn't want a Rev A tag on two ROMs that didn't match either. For example, if Limited Run re-releases a NES game that had a REV A, and theirs is REV A with the Nintendo copyright removed etc., we'd just call that Game Name (Limited Run Games) which indicates the version the same as (REV).

I think in this case the order of release is known, but if it wasn't, instead of REV it would get (alt), (alt 2), etc. until the order of release can be determined.
