A parent/clone relationship exists between:

0494 - Naruto RPG 3 - Reijuu vs Konoha Shoutai (Japan)
1550 - Naruto - Path of the Ninja (USA)

It wasn't in the txt listing so I've assumed it's not in the dat.

Path of the Ninja is not the USA release of RPG 3, but a remake of the first RPG (GBA):

Naruto RPG - Uketsugareshi Hi no Ishi (Japan)

which was never released outside of Japan. Start to play both DS games, then start the GBA game to check this.

I'm currently ripping music from the DS games and just happened to notice the 'same' icon files. I hadn't played the games, but it does explain why I didn't find a music stream in the USA version. :)
