Actually, the spine states "Einer gegen 100" and the front doesn't have real text but instead a guy as a 1 (iirc). Considering this I'd say "Einer gegen 100" is the correct title.

The problem is that we don't have access to most of spine titles to check current boxart-based titles. So boxart (front) has priority for consistency shake.

This guy can be interpreted as 1, 1., Eins, Einer or Ein in German. So, the front is ambivalent. The Spine says "Einer". I could get you a photo of that spine within one week. Just to make this clear again, I'm not saying use spine instead of front in general. This is about cases where the front doesn't even show a full textual title.

There's no point in discussing the boxart. The standing man here is universally understood as a "1" because of the numeric "100" used below.

a) if he was, I wouldn't have understood it differently
b) 1 gegen 100 is not a grammatically correct german expression because it actually transcribes too "Eins gegen Hundert". That's not a valid expression.
Well, let's get some more input on this maybe?!

Official title on German TV is "Einer gegen Hundert".

Sure, and the french one is/was "Un contre Cent". But there is no "Un", "Einer", "Cent" nor "Hundert" on boxarts. There is the silhouette of *one* man, resembling the number "1" when considering the whole logo composition. Honestly, a base level of perception allows to accept this interpretation.
I will keep current title.

You're completely ignoring that "1 gegen 100" is not valid german. Like I said, transcribing that to words means "Eins gegen Einhundert" or "Eins gegen Hundert" (short form). That's not grammatically correct and neither what the show's called. As the boxart doesn't show the text 1 to start with, "Einer" is as valid as transcriptions of the symbolic single guy on the pic as "Eins", but contrary to "Eins", it's the correct title of the show and grammatically correct.

In Kazumi's defense based on No-Intro boxart usage, 1 gegen 100 is correct.
In Hydr0x defense, I always check internal ROM info and "EINER GEGEN 100" is used which I would consider more accurate.
