Hello

First : name should be "Hyper Black Bass '95 (Japan) (En,Ja)" because two langages (english and japenese) are present.

Second : After playing this and "Hyper Black Bass (Japan) (En,Ja)" (rom #550) I am sure that the two are parent/clone or something like that.

They are 1992 and 1995 games, respectively. They look the same indeed, but unless it can be shown that Black Label Games simply re-released the game untouched other than minor titlescreen changes, I'll keep current P/C status.
