A few issues when comparing to the GBA standard dat:
Aging Cartridge (World) - No regions assigned, needs USA, EUR, and JPN
Balloon Fight (USA) (Advance Play Edition) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned, only points to its JPN parent
Clu Clu Land (USA) (Advance Play Edition) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned, only points to its JPN parent
Sims, The - Bustin' Out (USA, Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It,Nl) - Has USA region assigned to it, but needs it removed so that Rev 1 can be the 1G1R if Rev 1 is the most current

I don't know where the Advance Play games came from, really. We may end up marking them as "non-physical". For that reason they shouldn't be marked as the region leader.
The others I've taken care of. Thanks. :3

It makes sense to not have Advance Play Editions. I just noticed 9 others that were marked as leader and was trying to make it consistent one way or the other. Thanks.

It seems those leaders are the only ones in their groups. They have no clones. Thus they should be fine as they are.

A lot of changes has been made from that time. Not actual info anymore.
