I have look at advance power site and i have see that there is a new relase list method more clean, whitout chinese pirates and non-licensed hardware dumps, like Gameshark or Action-replay.
what do u think about this?
no-intro upgrade to this standard?
thanks and sorry for my bad english

our dat mantains only temporary the pocketheaven's numbering.
with the last release we will produce a 100% clean set, like GBX set, without chinese pirate releases and so on.
but in the meanwhile we have to follow PH numbering because it's "standard" and it semplifies the release of patches and infos.
our gallery section is based on GBAF dat. when we'll do a 100% clean gba dat, it will be converted for GBAF too and our gallery will list the r-list like advance-power.de

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand where things are headed. Are you saying that you will follow whatever PH does? If so, do you know if PH is planning to adopt the advance-power.de numbering?
I don't mind change, but it would be very helpful if the entire community moves in the same direction at the same time. Right now we appear to have a split which really makes things messy. I sure hope this is just a temporary situation.

it's a temporary thing. advanscene has his numbering, AP too...
the other 99% adopt pocketheaven numbering.
we know that PH includes bad things, but with last release we will produce
- a non-numbered dat with clean roms only (like our GBC)
- a PH-numbered dat

I just checked with the PH people and they are definitely not changing their numbering. So, we have different camps going in different directions. I hope you stick with PH because they have the best organized data for maintaining GBAFront and GBA-Shell.
